The Empower Program

Every year, musicians who join as Empower Members make it possible for emerging artists to receive one year of full access to Bandstaff. But we believe access to software isn't enough.

Each Empower Artist is connected with the musicians who helped make their membership possible, creating opportunities for mentorship, collaboration, networking, opening slots, session work, songwriting, and paid gigs. Our goal isn't simply to provide a free subscription. It's to help talented musicians build meaningful relationships that move their careers forward. Because every thriving artist was once an emerging one.

Empower Members have the opportunity to connect with the artists they support. While collaborations, mentorships, and performance opportunities often grow from these relationships, they are built on mutual interest — not guaranteed outcomes.
